System - Meta Character Count for Joomla 1.6/1.7/2.5

Someone in the Joomla! forums asked how he would get a character counter for articles.  I thought that was a good question.  Google, Yahoo and Bing have character limits for their SERP.  The big 3 have limits of around 150 characters.  Any more than that are not going to be displayed in the SERP.  It's best to keep your most relevant information within the first 150 characters, but how do you know without counting?  This plugin does the hard work for you.
Meta Description and Meta Keywords are enhanced with a word and character counter for the following areas.
