I have not requested the renewal, please cancel the transaction.

The purchase is for an annual subscription. It's stated very clearly on the paypal checkout page. Your request to cancel here was posted 7 hours after the annual renewal happened.

Are you asking that I cancel for next year, or do you want a refund and cancellation now?

It's well known that I am very accommodating to my customers. I take feature requests, I offer configuration assistance, and I have even been known to issue refunds. This is not some greedy and soulless corporation. I'm just a guy driving a bunch of computers, writing software, and solving problems. I take the Occam's Razor approach to problem solving - the simplest solution is often the right one, especially when it gets me back to doing what I love - driving a bunch of computers, writing software, and solving problems.

If you've got a problem with me or my software, I will make it right if it is within my power. Just talk to me. As you can see above, I asked what outcome cesarsupport was looking for, but he chose to do things the shady way.

One final note - Paypal judged in my favor. Cesar got his refund anyway - but filing an invalid claim against me isn't how respectable business should be done.
