New installation Joomla 3.9.15. Watched your video to make sure the installation was correct. The change consent button causes the site to reload but the consent form never reappears. Site defaults to "You have allowed cookies to be placed on your computer. This decision can be reversed." notification at bottom of page. Thinking that I might have missed something along the way. Any suggestions? Thanks.
