3.x modal size

I was asked a few questions about the removal of the modal size setting in the 3.x series of the extension. The reason for the removal is that we're no longer using squeezebox to provide the modal. Joomla comes with Bootstrap, so we're using the bootstrap modal, which is easily styled in CSS.

This CSS will set the modal width to 500px. I'm leaving the height undefined because it will conform to the size of its content - the message and links and buttons.

body #eprivacyModal {
width:500px;
margin-left: -220px;
}

The 500px part is arbitrary - if you want something different, go for it. The margin-left number is based on whatever you choose for the width. Here's how you come up with that number:

margin-left = ((width/2)-30)*-1

If you're not mathy - divide your width by two, subtract 30 (the approximate width of the scrollbar on the browser) and make it negative. To illustrate:

500/2 = 250 - 30 = 220 * -1 = -220px
