Interesting. Can you tell me what page it's happening on, so I can look at it more closely?

That's new - your joomla script options are empty...totally empty. I've never seen that before.
<script type="application/json" class="joomla-script-options new">{}</script>

My plugin relies on several pieces of data from Joomla to operate. These pieces are set in various ways - and manifest in the output as data within the joomla-script-options in the document head.

My e-Privacy extension relies on 2 of the pieces of data within joomla-script-options:

system.paths (it tells the javascript where to target AJAX calls) and plg_system_eprivacy - which holds the configurations for the javascript.

Your site is missing everything - the object is completely empty.

I'm wondering if you might have something that's removing the contents, or if you have a caching mechanism that is preventing live data from being displayed.
