The module displays that message. Did you publish two eprivacy modules, or the same module to two positions?

I published only one. I have now depublished the mod_eprivacy and now I have one "remove Cookies"..

I want to add that when the visitor agrees with cookies the banner should disappear! But it does not. It stays on top also when a visitor scroll on the page. The banner does not disappear.

Does your template have two of the same module position?

Can you turn on module position preview and add ?tp=1 to the site url? A screenshot of that would be great
