Yes, however, there is interaction. If you're logged into /administrator and you browse the "frontoffice" without accepting cookies, the /administrator cookies will be deleted.

Thanks for the Response.
The Backend i understand, but when i use a Intranet, i can`t Login without Cookies.
Have a possibility?

I'm afraid that I don't understand. If you're hosting a site on an intranet, a private network, why are you asking for consent?

I am sorry that I went wrong. I mean an internal area.
When i user Name and Password and Login to the internal area i became the Login form again.

OK, let's not use terminology that doesn't apply directly to Joomla. Joomla has no areas called frontoffice, or backoffice, or internal, or intranet.

Joomla has 2 distinct areas, /administrator and the site itself. Either you're in /administrator, or you're not. In /administrator, my plugin does not operate - although you can lose your cookie if you browse the site and /administrator at the same time.
