Yes, but you can insert in the site a Login for users / Administrators.
When i Just block all cookies. No option to accept in your plugin the Login are not possible.
Can i Change the plugin to set the sites where are working and where are not?

And we're back to the misunderstanding.

Let me draw this out for you, and you can tell me what you mean using these terms.

Let's say your site is www.example.com -

Joomla has 2 distinct areas:
1. www.example.com
2. www.example.com/administrator

My e-privacy plugin operates in 1, but not in 2. Your administrators can log into 2 without accepting cookies. In order to log into 1, you MUST accept cookies.

If you log into 2, and then browse 1 - 1 will remove your cookies from 2. This is explained in the video I posted, which you can solve by using 2 browsers or Chrome + incognito windows.
