Banner on top of webpage instead of over the page

Great extension. I have been using it for years on my blog with no problems. Thanks.

I was wondering if there was a way to change the banner option so that it does not cover the actual webpage but sits on top of it, and then disappears if it is accepted/rejected. Is it possible to do that with CSS?

I know it is possible using a module, but not sure if it would be collapsible once accepted/rejected.

One user in the forum puts the ribbon on the bottom of the page, which actually looks pretty good and stays out of the way of the logo and navigation on the top.
