A way to "reset" cookie acceptance manually

I am setting up the EU e-privacy plugins and I'm wondering if there is a way to manually "reset" the decision to accept or deny. I'm doing testing and have some weird things going on and I can't track down what is causing them.

For instance I'm getting a JS console message that "The EU e-Privacy Directive extension REQUIRES the eprivacy module to be published." even though I have it published. I'm thinking it might be a caching issue????

Thanks! Great extensions by the way.

delete the plg_system_eprivacy cookie, and open the site in a new window (the javascript uses a window variable to track acceptance without cookies).
