I installed the latest version today and I get "Joomla is not defined error" in the console. The plugin appears but apparently it's not doing anything.

It works when I load your site. Did you discover something and fix it on your own?

Nevermind, I see what you did.

You put the module in a hidden modal. You need to place the module in a place where it is always visible.

The way you have implemented it violates GDPR Article 7.3. There is no way to rescind consent unless the module is visible.

If you're talking about the module position, I just changed it to a bottom position, but I still get the error. my purpose is not to hide it thus the "modal window" option in the plugin settings.

I see the problem. You're running an old version of Joomla.

That's a pretty significant security risk.

I actually wrote my javascript to work around that deficiency, but there is the error because the expected Joomla core javascript is missing. It will work, but will throw that error until you upgrade Joomla to something more recent.
