Changing consent still has some issues?

3 years 1 month ago #1968 by jjnxpct
Hi! When we set the consent for a site (frontend) to only the 'needed' cookies (and clck 'agree') these cookies are set (session + sys_eprivacy). But when we go back to change the consent by adding an extra check to for example the Facebook-pixel, the consent is saved, but the cookie is not set.

When we remove all cookies and select all cookies for consent they are all set OK.

Am I missing something or is this a bug?

the facebook cookie?

The plugin doesn't actually manipulate 3rd party cookies - it only manipulates access levels. Is the facebook element not loading when your access level changes?

I'm using this cookie plugin in combination with a module called: My Facebook Page on my joomla website...
After some reading i tried to block the facebook trackers by setting up a accepted cookie level user group.

I then configured the module so it should only be visible to this group (accepted cookies), now the module doesnt show when i click on accept cookies.

Did i forgot something? Or is it likely that the problem is in the Facebook Module...
Maybe it's possible for me to adjust the script of the module but how can i refer to the privacy-directive plugin?

P.s. i noticed that a google tracker is active on this site as well even before i accepted the consent, or am i seeing this wrong?
