On this site www.mprest.comwww.mprest.com when testing (FF, Chrome) I cannot get rid of all the cookies, I get less cookies on chrome then on Firefox. when I decline I get youtube cookies that I don't get when I agree?

It sounds like you missed some critical sections of the documentation. That screenshot indicates that you missed that section entirely. That is for variations of your own domain.

Ok,
So I removed the .youtube.com line, why are the cookies from www.mprest.com still showing?
How do I deal with the resource.clp.guru url if at all?

You need to configure the cookie domain and path in Global Configuration. Also, read the 3rd party cookie section of documentation
