Valid and current SSL encryption

No hacky solutions that require you...

Powerful, secure and flexible mail solutions for your business.  Our mail servers provide the interfaces you're accustomed to seeing and a few extras that you may not even recognize.

If your online presence is important to you, then you can't take email seriously enough. Protecting the integrity of your domain name, and ensuring reliable delivery of email is incredibly important to any online campaign.  RicheyWeb takes email very seriously.

  1. Valid and current SSL encryption
    • No hacky solutions that require you to accept invalid security certificates. RicheyWeb maintains valid SSL certificates to ensure that your email credentials are secure. We replace our certificates every 3 months to ensure a high degree of security.
  2. A Full Featured Webmail Client
    • Webmail URL at your domain (like https://webmail.richeyweb.com)
    • The webmail interface can be branded with your logo, for a professional appearance.
    • Complementary SSL certificate as long as you host with RicheyWeb (normally $25 annually)
    • Forwarding, auto-responders, even self-management.
  3. DMARC, DKIM, and SPF Protection
    • SPF (Sender Policy Framework) records protect your organizations online reputation against spammers who would trade on your good name by defining exactly where your email is allowed to come from.
    • DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail) encryption ensures that the messages you send can be authenticated by the recipient.  Signed messages can be confirmed as unmodified.
    • ADSP (Author Domain Signing Practices) give recipient servers a clear instruction about what to do with fraudulent email pretending to be from your domain. Recipients can be informed what, as the domain owner, you want done with fraudulent messages.
    • DMARC (Domain Message Authentication Reporting & Conformance) ensures that when your domain is used by a spammer, steps can be taken to mitigate the damage.
    • As a bonus, it all works in reverse too - All inbound mail to RicheyWeb hosted domains are authenticated against their own SPF, DKIM, ADSP and DMARC records.
