I have set up admin exile on a Joomla 3.6.5 website with a unique code for a website admin login, i.e. [domain]/administrator/index.php?[first-part]=[second-part].
I can log in fine on any browser and have been doing so for several weeks.
This morning I sent the URL to another, new, Super User so that she could log in to the admin panel and I could see what she was doing via a join.me screen-sharing session for training purposes.
She could not log in. She put in her username and password, clicked enter and it just took her to [domain]/administrator/ instead and an empty login screen.
The only way she could log in was for me to disable the plugin. Why?
The website is in development and currently on a sub-domain with robots set to No Index, No Follow, but it's due to transfer to the 'real' domain on 1st March and I don't want to have the site's admin login unprotected.
