Apache 2 and NGINX now support "HTTP/2 Push", and you can put it to work for you!

I wrote this extension over a year ago, but never released it because the server support wasn't there. Apache 2 and now NGINX both support HTTP/2 Push, so now it's time to put this technology to work for you.

Hi Michael,

first of all thank you for your amazing work, I have been using some of your plugins over the years !!

I have installed HTTP/2 Push on several websites on noticed an error on one of them (while error reporting was on Development).

Deprecated: Non-static method Joomla\CMS\Environment\Browser::getHTTPProtocol() should not be called statically in /*/*/*plugins/system/h2push/h2push.php on line 24
