Hi Richey,
At first, congratulation for your great work !
I would to know if is possible to assign a favicon for admin cpanel or admin acces ?
Because I want to keep admin favicon joomla after an upgrade...
Thanks in advance for your reply.
Best regards.

I've been planning a rewrite of that extension, and making it work in /administrator isn't actually that hard to do (maybe 5 lines of code with an option to turn it on and off)

I'll look into that!

Thanks a lot for your reply.
Do you know roughly when you will make this change?
Best regards

If you're in a hurry, I could probably whip up a 5 minute plugin that changes it in /administrator with a configuration that allows you to just type the URL of your replacement favicon.

That would be great YES! But not in a hurry to the day .. When you can, it would be really nice of you!
I think it annoys a lot of people to have to change the BO favicon with every update of Joomla!

Here you go. One configuration, the web path to the icon. It has some sanity checks. It only runs in /administrator, only runs on HTML documents, only runs if the configuration is correct, only runs if the favicon file exists.

Enjoy :)
