Who changed the password? What was my original email address? When was my account disabled? Who-done-it?
Profile History to the rescue. All profile changes cataloged - without exception. Use this to comply with the EU GDPR which required sites to notify users of profile changes or face administrative fines (goes into effect 25 May 2018).
Finally, a captcha you can't read...wait...that's not what I meant... This is the captcha you don't even need to see.
The problem with Do Not Track is that site owners and services ignore it. Be part of the solution - implement Do Not Track and make the web a better place.
Prevent one or more user groups from changing their passwords! Enforce static passwords for selected groups.
