Because 100% of my support requests have turned out to be users who do not have API access (because they haven't applied or do not qualify), I have made the following changes to the plugin:
- The API key fields are required
- Missing or invalid API keys return an alert across the top of the page explaining what's missing and/or the API errors returned by Amazon
