Fixed an annoying error where an ASIN isn't found in cache, and altered the way errors are handled.  Now you'll get the errors in the frontend if display errors is enabled, or in the error log if display errors is disabled.  You'll get them no matter what now.

Added support for template layout overrides.  Copy any of the 3 existing templates into JPATH_ROOT/templates/your-template/html/plg_content_apaapi/.php and you can override the plugin default outputs for any of the provided output templates!

Found and fixed a bug that prevented the same product from being used twice on a page.  Meh - I created an index using the most practical data element, but not the most logical.

Because 100% of my support requests have turned out to be users who do not have API access (because they haven't applied or do not qualify), I have made the following changes to the plugin:

1. The API key fields are required
2. Missing or invalid API keys return an alert across the top of the page explaining what's missing and/or the API errors returned by Amazon
