Added feature allowing the plugin to delete an item from Joomla page cache prior to submitting a URL to the indexes. If the index responds quickly - the page will be re-rendered with the newest content.
This does nothing for external caches like Varnish. It's the most we can do inside of Joomla.

New feature: Observe Robots
When enabled, the plugin will check the robots metadata setting for the article (contact, weblink, menu item, etc...) for "noindex". If the article robots value contains noindex, the item is NOT submitted to the configured search engines.
