Székely Dénes Ervin reported an issue in multilingual sites where enabling the language switcher prevented alternate homepage redirection.
It was found that language detection was not working as expected (totally my fault), and the plugin was rewritten with explicit language detection features.
Additional modifications were made to structure class methods using guard clauses, which should increase performance and reduce overhead.
